The band from Ludwigsburg/Germany is the brainchild of local guitar hero and songwriter Steam Thiess. In May 2014 he founded LICENCE and was looking for musicians who'd fit into the band. Punishment 18 Records is really proud to announce that experimental thrash metallers Unorthodox has just signed a new record deal in order to release their new full-length album.  The first 2015 demos consisted of classical thrash/death songs enriched with dissonant and experimental nuances.  In November 2017 the band enters the studio to record the debut album containing the finished version of the demo tracks plus a new composition full of improvisations and inspired by 70's rock sounds.
